bads news/good news

The twins I am watching well the mom decided that I just can't handle it with Ethan so tomorrow I am going to pick up ethans toys and get my check and say goodbye I feel like a week and 3 days was not enough time and only one day she left me alone and the kids. They were fine but since she has another lady who does the cooking the kids know her and go to her all the time so I really never got a chance to bond with the twins I am so sad I really liked having a place where Ethan could go and play and now I am back to finding more families I do have 2 interviews this week I hope I get these jobs so Ethan has more playmates it has been a very sad Sunday for me. well I have some good news Marcus and I are looking at Town houses and we have found 3 we like now we have to put a contract I will update when I know.

A Visit to Dr. Bahadori

well we went to the ENT to find out why Ethan tongue is always out like a dog and do you know what they said that poor Ethan is so full of puss and mucus all in nose and down his throat and has a bad sinus infection. So now we are going to suction him and we make a concoction of salt water and baking soda to clean out his nose and we have him on antibiotics and in 1 month we will be back to have a x-ray of his adenoids today he was so full of mucus we could not see anything no wonder he doesn't eat he can't taste anything poor kid . I am so angry that ashburn peds made me wait this long and they always said oh is a cold but its not and he has never been able to breathe the right way. so hopefully he will feel better soon and as a mom I knew my kid was not sick but nobody listened to me.

Food Food

He we are at IHOP and Ethan loves to eat ice to bad he doesn't like food that is why we are going to the ENt on Tuesday so they can tell me what is wrong . Ethan was fine until we got the food he threw everything off the table and then tried to throw our food. So we had everything to go. these are picture before he had a fit doesn't he look happy??

Another Ride ON

so last sunday we put together a rocket for Ethan and when we were done he was so scared so this weekend we tried another toy he got this one from his Birthday and do you know what he loves it and is not scared so we have a winner.

SATURDAY

I had to babysit for Vicky she has 2 kids Ashia is 10 and Jr is 5 and she also takes care of her nieces baby Xavier who is 1 month old I wanted to learn the dance the Super Man so here are some videos of them trying to teach me. Oh the baby well he slept 6 hour and only woke up for a bottle. so most of the pictures are him sleeping I still can't believe Ethan was that small. I also tried to play the new wrestling game but my hand was hurting from shaking the controller to hard. to bad the video is so dark I will try agin soon

Sorry no pictures I have been busy with my jobs and Ethan and Marcus have colds .When I update everyone tomorrow I will let you know what Marcus won me ..... For most people they know Ethan's tongue hangs out of his mouth all day and for most of my friends he doesn't eat very well. So Marcus and I and the peditrictions are sending Ethan to the ENT tomorrow we made this appt 2 months ago so I will update everything tomorrow I promise .So I am off to bed we have to be at the Doc office by 8 30am now that is hard because we don't get out of bed till 10 so we will be tired. I am worried just like any mom so pray that we find out what is going on with our little boy.

After Ethans nap We went to another park this time with my friends two boys Jake and Hunter. I liked this park because it was fenced in and the kids could run and I didn't have to worry Jake who is almost 2 tought Ethan how to walk up the stairs . My baby is growing up so fast

It was 70 degrees this week I took Ethan to the park. We went to Hillside Park with Dylan he is 2 months older than Ethan I think he is the same size and speaks well. The kids don't play together they play side by side but they enjoy each other company and they both love the slide.

TWINS TWINS

I have had alot of fun with my new twins Neil and Mya they are only 2 but really smart. Ethan likes them alot the only thing is Ethan won't nap and he is teething and so clingy. I have been so tired We leave at 11 and don't get home till 7 30 so a very long day . I am going to do this for 2 months or untill the other nanny gets back from INDIA well I will post pictures soon hopefully tonight I am just hungry and I need to relax.

ONLY 2 MORE DAYS TILL I START MY NEW TWIN JOB

I am getting ready for my new Twins who are 2 They live in Tysons So everyday we will travel from 12 -6 30 This will be my first time with only one family. I think Ethan will love this he will have 2 playmates and he may start to eat and I hope they can teach him how to talk. This job is only for 2 months but it will be good for me and Ethan.

A trip to the farm

I don't know how to add this but today it was 70 degrees ouyside and I had to get Ethan out so I took my buddy Timmy and Ethan to Frying Pan Park it is free and Ethan can see animals and play on the playground so Ethan did not have a nap so everything made him cry and he was so scared of the animals. I hope he gets over it. I love animals and I want to take him to the zoo in the spring. He also played on the playground
